Preparation is a key that unlocks the prophetic flow. Becoming aware of
God's presence and voice is somewhat of an art as we learn to attune
ourselves to Him. The Bible tells us that "iron sharpens iron," that is, we
are constantly being reworked and refashioned into our Heavenly image
through fellowship with both God and one another.

Since its inception in 1995, Training For Reigning remains the vision of
Wayne Hilliard and Higher Ground, as they guide the conference annually.
Internationally known speakers and teachers are invited each year to
proclaim what God is saying to The Church today,

Time is devoted to training worshipers to hear from God and activate the
present Word. During these days of transition that we are currently a part
of, the focus to attendants is to press ahead into the new millennium for
the purpose of dominion in the earth. To equip the saints is imperative and
part of the mandate Higher Ground has been given for affecting the Body of
Christ around the globe.

Recent conference attendance was around 1,500 nightly with hundreds of
registrants for daily sessions. Representatives from other nations enhance
the mix of cultures as worshipers from all across North America meet for a
most successful week of intense training.

The conference offers workshops in The Song of the Lord, song writing,
pageantry and drama, choral technique, and the focusing of leadership,
and the praise and worship led by Higher Ground is fresh, alive and
spontaneous. New songs are birthed in the meetings and the spiritual
energy is electrifying. Training For Reigning always promises to be a time
of eternal destiny for all who attend.

The Training For Reigning conference brings people together as one. It puts
a demand on our individual spirits to take covenant in Godly relationship
through praise and worship, prayer, teaching and preaching and a corporate           effort to hear the voice of the Lord.

As the end of the age approaches, God is preparing a people for ruling and
reigning in His Kingdom. In our quest for God, it is imperative to skillfully
train as we pursue a place of prominence in His Kingdom.
