What should I do if I spill something on my clothes?
If you spill a liquid on your garments take a deep breath. Before you apply water or club soda, think again. DO NOT put these fluids on the stain!! Please don't rub the spot either, simply blot the spill with a clean, light colored cloth or paper towel. Avoid colored napkins, as the dye used to color the cloth/paper can easily be transfered to your garment. Once you are able to change your clothing, bring it to Duds 'N Suds as soon as possible. The quicker we treat the stain, the more likely we are to be able to remove it. Let us do your dirtly work!

Should I rub a spill?
No. We suggest that you simply blot the spill with a clean, dry, light colored cloth or paper towel. Avoid applying stain remover or water/club soda. Simply bring your garment to Duds 'N Suds.

Can I use stain removers on spills before I bring them into Duds 'N Suds?
We ask that you don't use any stain removing products prior to your visit. Store bought stain removers often react with the dry cleaning solutions we use as they are designed to work with water.

I've heard that if I put hair spray on ink marks they are easier to get out, is this true?
Most hair sprays contain alcohol which often leaves its own stain. If you get ink on your garment let us try to work it out.

I did everything you suggested and still the stain didn't come out! Why?
Unfortunately, some stains we just cannot remove. There are a number of variables that effect our ability to remove stains and sometimes its just impossible. If this is the case, please know that we did everything possible to get the stain out.

Duds 'N Suds is open to serve you:
M-F 8AM-10PM
(last wash at 8:45).
Sat. & Sun. 7AM-10PM
(last wash at 8:45)

Why do I have to pay in advance?
Keeping your cleaning costs down per garment isn't easy. Having our customers pre-pay keeps our operating cost down. Also, when customers pre-pay they are more likely to pick up their garments sooner, this reduces the amount of storage space we need by 70%!!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Why was my garment rejected?
Certain garments might be rejected because they are damaged so they cannot be safely cleaned. Also, any garment that has a great deal of beading, fur or leather on them will not be accepted. There are also times where clothing with EXCESSIVE amounts of pet hair might be rejected. This is to insure that the hair isn't transfered to our other customers garments.

In order to offer these low prices, are you taking any shortcuts in cleaning or customer service?
Not at all. In fact, when you visit Duds 'N Suds, you will find the latest technology in the industry and the most efficient production processes. And our service is second to none.
